Kerem Kumbasar

I was born in Istanbul in 1981. First, I graduated from Saint Joseph French High School and then from Marmara University in Finance. I studied Sociology at Istanbul University. I worked in management positions in the post-military construction industry. I have been involved in most projects in Istanbul from start to finish with the Rehau brand. After working in the industry for about 12 years, I moved from Istanbul to Izmir.

I worked as Urla Winery General Coordinator in Izmir, where I settled in 2014. I managed Uzbaş Botanik and Urla Winery for 9 years. During this time, I also managed real estate investments and construction activities of companies. In 2023, I switched to the Real Estate sector.

Over the course of 3 years, I have mainly carried out sales of residential land and commercial real estate in Urla. About 1.5 years ago, I signed a sales marketing agreement with Oikos, one of Greece's leading construction companies, Golden Visa in Izmir and helped many of my investors to get a home in Athens.

I am currently working as a Real Estate Consultant at Turpa Des, which is located in Urla center. I serve mainly in housing and land.
