Rüstem Öz

I completed my undergraduate studies in Finance at Dokuz Eylül University and then International Trade and Logistics Management and Real Estate Management at OEF. I pursued a master's degree in Accounting and Finance at Hacettepe University. numerous face-to-face and online training sessions.

I served for 5 years in the audit of funds provided to candidate countries by the EU within the framework of IPA funds. I conducted audits as an independent auditor for international financial institutions such as the WB, IDB, and EIB for 4 years, overseeing the audits of funds provided by these institutions and reporting to the relevant organizations. Also, I worked as an independent auditor for the ISMEP Project. I conducted audits and reported on the compliance of construction works of strengthened or reconstructed public buildings with domestic law and relevant contracts for 3 years.

For over 15 years, I have been providing investment consultancy to individual clients. Recognizing the lack of knowledgeable consultants in the real estate sector and the opportunities it presents for investors, I transitioned to this field.
