Selda KARABACAK 1980 İstanbul doğumludur. Emlak sektöründe uzmanlaşmış bir profesyonel olan Karabacak, 25 yılı aşkın iş tecrübesine sahiptir. İstanbul Üniversitesi Tarih Bölümü’nden lisans mezunudur. Ayrıca Anadolu Üniversitesi’nde Fotoğrafçılık ve Kameramanlık ile Emlak ve Emlak Yönetimi ön lisans programlarını tamamlamıştır.

Selda Karabacak, profesyonel kariyerine 1998 yılında başlamış, uzun yıllar gıda ve hızlı tüketim ürünleri (FMCG) sektörlerinde çalışmıştır. Akyürek Holding ve Yıldız Holding gibi lider firmalarda Satış Operasyonları ve Planlama Müdürlüğü pozisyonlarında yer almış; satış hedeflerinin yönetimi, müşteri ilişkileri geliştirme ve saha operasyonları gibi alanlarda uzmanlaşmıştır. 2020 yılından itibaren ise emlak ve gayrimenkul yatırım danışmanlığı alanında Sorumlu Emlak Danışmanı olarak faaliyet göstermektedir.

Ayrıca Selda Karabacak, "Sorumlu Emlak Danışmanı Seviye 5" yetki belgesine sahiptir ve İstanbul Arel Üniversitesi’nden "İmar Yönetmeliği ve Planlama" ile İstanbul Ticaret Üniversitesi’nden "Gayrimenkul Danışmanlığı Arsa ve Arazi" sertifika programlarını tamamlamıştır. Bu sertifikalar, gayrimenkul sektöründeki bilgi ve yetkinliklerini daha da arttırmıştır.
