42 percent of the residences in Istanbul are with parking

The real estate data analysis platform has examined 900 thousand residences in the city for its research titled "Residential Parking Availability in Istanbul".

According to the study, 42 percent of the residences in Istanbul are located in the parking lot. 45 percent of the houses with parking are closed, and 55 percent are in the form of outdoor parking. When new residences are assessed at one age and below, the rate of ownership of the parking in Istanbul rises to 44 percent. 54 percent of the new residences with parking are closed and 46 percent are in the form of outdoor parking.

Kadikoy, Kartal, Tuzla and Pendik at the rate of over 60 percent

The Anatolian side comes to the fore when the districts of the houses with parking are examined. Kadikoy with 74 percent of the districts of the most residential houses with parking is coming. Almost 3 of every 4 residences in Kadikoy has an indoor or outdoor parking lot.

Kadikoy with 70 percent eagle, 65 percent with Tuzla, 61 percent with Pendik and 59 percent of Sarıyer is watching.
