This situation is interpreted as the fact that people who do not find their homes safe enough or want to move to more different regions put their homes on sale, but especially rental houses in regions where the price is more affordable and the floor is more affordable and the ground is quickly depleted.

In Mugla, the stock of housing for sale increased by 62%, while the rental housing stock increased by 19%. In Yatağan, Dalaman and Milas districts of Muğla, the housing stock decreased. The average rent throughout Mugla was 15 thousand 336 TL, the average sales price was 4 million 411 thousand 810 TL.

The stock of housing for sale in Kayseri increased by 12%, while the rental housing stock decreased by 42%; the average rent was 4 thousand 172 TL and the average sales price was 1 million 393 thousand 920 TL. Yeşilhisar, Pınarbaşı and İncesu were the most declining in rental housing stock in Kayseri.
Elazığ’da şubat ayında satılık konut stoku %14 arttı
In Elazıq, the stock of housing for sale increased by 14% in February, while rental housing stock decreased by 60%. The average rent in Elazyq is 817 thousand TL, the average sales price is 1 million 204 thousand 56 TL. Karakoçan, Kovancılar and Merkez were the counties where the rental housing stock fell most in Elazıq.
