Housing price increased in 4 major provinces except Ankara
Technology-oriented real estate valuation platform Endeksa.com evaluated the real estate data released by TURKSTAT in November 2019 and the Index data. According to the index, in November, except for Ankara, housing prices increased in Istanbul, Izmir, Antalya and Bursa. This increase in 4 provinces caused a 0.09 percent increase in housing prices throughout Turkey.
Aylin Daylan, chairman of the Endeksa.com Marketing and Sales Group, who evaluated the real estate data of TURKSTAT in November, examined the change in value in the provinces where the most houses were sold in 2019, and in November, istanbul, izmir, Antalya and He pointed out that there was an increase in Bursa.

According to the Turkish Statistical Institute (TURKSTAT), 138,372 houses were sold throughout Turkey in November. With this figure, housing sales decreased by 3 percent compared to last month, while the same month of the previous year increased by 54 percent. In November, the share of mortgage dwelling sales in total housing sales was 32 percent, while the share of initial sales was 35 percent.
As of the end of November, a total of 1,146,655 houses were sold in 2019. This figure is 7 percent lower than in the same period last year. In 2019, mortgage sales accounted for 25 percent of total housing sales; initial sales accounted for 38 per cent of the total. Mortgage sales increased by 5 percent compared to the same period last year, while initial sales decreased by 25 percent.
RISING HOUSING PRICES IN ISTANBUL FALL IN ANKARA

HOUSING SALES TO FOREIGNERS INCREASED BY 14 PERCENT COMPARED TO LAST YEAR

Housing sales to foreigners decreased by 15 percent compared to the same month of the previous year to 3,988. Istanbul, Antalya, Ankara, Bursa and Yalova were the provinces with the highest number of housing sales to foreigners in November.
