Most value increases in Aydın, Muğla and Antalya

The number of housing sold for the first time amounted to 40 thousand 92
The number of housing sold for the first time in June decreased by 31.6% compared to the same month last year and amounted to 40 thousand 92. Loan housing sales dropped 71.5% compared to the same month last year and amounted to 28,878. For the first time, the share of housing sales in total housing sales was 29.8%, while the share of loans in total housing sales was 21.4%.
Sales to foreigners increased by 185.3%
Housing sales to foreigners in June increased by 185.3% compared to the same month of the previous year to 4,000 748. In January-June, housing sales to foreigners increased by 43.7% compared to the same period of the previous year and was 20 thousand 488.
According to January-June period, housing sales were 552 thousand 810 with a 11.5% reduction compared to the same period last year. During this period, loan housing sales decreased by 60.9% to 104 thousand 168, while other types of sales increased by 25.2% to 448 thousand 642; housing sold for the first time decreased by 15.1% by 167 thousand 878, second-hand housing sales 9.9% with the decrease amounted to 384 thousand 932.
