Average Housing Price Across Turkey As Of The End Of February 2 Million 146 Thousand 950 TL

Istanbul ranks first with 19% in Residential Sales

Kocaeli Peaks with 181% Annual Value Increase
According to the index data, when evaluating the first 30 provinces with the most housing sales in February, the provinces with the highest annual value growth are Kocaeli, Antalya and Tekirdağ respectively. Housing prices in Kocaeli have increased 181% in the last year, average housing square meter sales price 14 thousand 340 TL, average housing sales price 1 million 892 thousand 880 TL, value increase in housing sales prices in Antalya 176%, average housing square meter sales price 23 thousand 596 TL, average housing price 2 million 831 thousand 520 TL, and housing in Tekirdağ The value increase in sales prices was 165%, the average housing square meter sales price was 12 thousand 50 TL, the average housing price was 1 million 638 thousand 800 TL.
Sales of mortgage housing was 17 thousand 357
Mortgage housing sales across Turkey increased 7% compared to the previous month in February and fell by 13% compared to the same month of the previous year and reached 17,357 thousand 357. In total residential sales, the share of mortgage sales amounted to 22%.
The number of first hand residential sales decreased by 19% to 23 thousand 476
The number of first hand residential sales across Turkey decreased by 19% in February compared to the same month of the previous year to 23 thousand 476. In total housing sales, the share of first-hand housing sales was 29%.
Second-hand housing sales were 56,555 in February, down 18% compared to the same month of the previous year. In total housing sales, the share of second-hand housing sales was 71%.
Foreign sales decreased by 27% compared to the previous year
Residential sales to foreigners decreased by 19% in February compared to the previous month and 27% compared to the same month of the previous year and amounted to 3,000 350. In February, the share of housing sales to foreigners was 4% in total housing sales. Antalya took the first place in housing sales to foreigners with the sale of a thousand 261 houses. Antalya was followed by Istanbul with the sale of 133 thousand houses, respectively, and Mersin with the sale of 225 houses.
