Endeksa, which examined the overall outlook of the housing market in May, brought Bursa under the lens in its report. According to the report, Nilüfer was the most valuable district of Bursa, while 36% of the total housing sales in Bursa were Nilüfer, 16% Osmangazi and 9% in Yıldırımm. These 3 county accounted for 61% of total residential sales.

Rentals in Bursa increased 88% in the last 1 year

In the last 1 year, residences for sale in Bursa increased by 160% and rents by 88%. According to May data, the average rent per square meter is 24.96 TL, the average rent is 2 thousand 746 TL, the return period is 27 years. Considering the change in the last 1 year, it is seen that there is an increase in value in Bursa below the Turkish average.

Nilüfer, Osmangazi, Yıldırım in the top three

Nilüfer, Osmangazi and Yıldırım make up the top three place when housing sales are examined on a district basis. In 2021, 36% of total housing sales in Bursa are Nilüfer, 16% Osmangazi and 9% of total housing sales in Bursa. It took place in Lightning. Mudanya, the district where the sale of second-hand housing is highest

Evaluating the data, Endeksa Co-Founder and General Manager Görkem Öğüt said, “There is a dynamic housing market in Bursa, the fourth largest city of Turkey. Although there have been rapid rises in the last 1 year in residences for sale and rental in Bursa, we see that rates remain below the Turkish average. Nilüfer stands out as a district that dominates the housing market in Bursa, where 36% of total housing sales take place. Mudanya, one of the coastal districts of Bursa, ranks first in the average housing price.”
