Citizenship Right to Real Estate Worth 250,000 USD
With the regulation made in 2018, foreign nationals can acquire real estate worth 250,000 USD and acquire Turkish citizenship together with their spouses and children. The application requires a Real Estate Valuation Report indicating that the value of the real estate is in the specified amount.

In 2018 foreigners with the arrangement made, worth at least 250,000 US Dollars (USD) have real estate (such as home, workplace, field) and for a period of three years right to citizenship of the Republic of Turkey together with their spouse and children under 18 years of age, provided they undertake not to sell real estate they can win.

  • Belediyeden, taşınmazın  ”Emlak Rayiç̧ Değeri Belgesi”
  • Mülk sahibinin vergi numarası,
  • Banka onaylı havale dekontları (Satış̧ öncesi veya sonrası verilebilir.)
  • Türkçe bilmeyen taraf için yeminli tercüman (Bölge Adli Yargı Adalet Komisyonunca yetkilendirilen)
  • Temsil var ise temsile ilişkin belge (Yurt dışında düzenlenen vekâletname ile işlem yapılması halinde, 2015/5 (1767) sayılı genelge ile aranan şartların taşınması gerekmektedir.)
