Commercial real estate index fell 2.54 points in 6 months
Index, "Turkey Commercial Real Estate Index" prepared the report. According to the report, the commercial real estate index was 147.01 points at the end of June. Compared to the same month last year, the index rose 5.69 points, fell by 0.83 points per month.

The Endeksa started 2019 at 149.55 points and experienced a 2.54 point drop in the 6-month period.


According to the report prepared by Indexa, the cities that stand out in commercial real estate are Istanbul, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya, Ankara, Kocaeli and Adana. In Istanbul, where the average square meter price of commercial properties is TL 6,176, shops and shops average 6,197 TL and offices and offices 5,787 TL. The average square meter price in Izmir is TL 4,814, shops and shops average 4,816 TL, offices and offices 4,963 TL.
