After that, without a tax sign, a certificate of authorization, no one will be able to do this work without training. Therefore, in the coming years there will be a period when only those who consider this job as a profession, and those who do not see it in this way can not exist. Real estate consultancy will be done much more reputatively and consciously. After that, there will be a period when consultants who use technology well, master the current knowledge and subject, guide their consultants, will make a difference. In the coming period, technology will help real estate consultants more. There will be more in our lives in many areas, such as video calls, video portfolio shares. I think successful real estate consultants will also adapt to technological transformation. During the pandemic, we saw it in our own offices. We learned a lot and adapted. Many of our offices have now moved their digital process. So I think the future will positively affect us.”
