For example, the average sales price of square meters throughout Istanbul is 23 thousand 62 TL, while in Esenyurt it is 12 thousand 36 TL. We can say that in districts where housing prices are lower than the provincial average, there is an expectation that the price will rise towards the average. In all these regions, we see that the greatest increase in value is Muratpaşa and Kepez regions of Antalya. The average sales price of residences in Antalya is 20 thousand 403 TL, while 20 thousand 145 TL in Muratpasa and 14 thousand 208 TL in Kepez. In Muratpasa, where housing prices have increased by 212% in a year, the return period of housing investment is 14 years, while in Kepez with an annual value increase of 202%, the return period is 13 years.”
