Housing sales and rent costs continue to rise

Evaluating the data, Indexsa.com Founding Partner and General Manager Görkem Öğüt, that even long-standing housing has been sold under the influence of the attractive housing loan campaign in 2020 “The cost of housing sales and rent increased due to the decline in the number of newly produced housing, decreased stock and demand increased. On the other hand, due to the increase in rents, people who live in the same housing since the old time will rent a new house at a higher price than the existing rent costs, except for the necessity on the rent side decreased mobility. This led to a decrease in stocks,” he said.
