Görkem Öğüt, Co-Founder and General Manager of Endeksa, who evaluated the data, said, “When we look at the list, the central district of Istanbul's Bosphorus strip and the most popular resorts of Turkey stand out first. These counties are the places where the middle upper part of Turkey lives and wants to live with their location, natural beauty and sociological structures. These counties, where the heart of the economy, trade, culture, art, tourism beats, always have an important value. This is affecting the housing market either inadmissible. Although housing prices are high, value growth is still very fast in these counties. When we look at annual value increases, we see increases of up to 336%.”
