According to the study of Indeksa.com, Sarıyer is the most valuable district of Turkey. Sarıyer, Besiktas and Çeşme are the counties where the average housing square meter price is highest. The average price of housing square meters in Sarıyer was 63 thousand 45 TL, the average housing price was 9 million 75 thousand 312 TL. In Besiktas, which is the second place in the list of most valuable counties, the average housing square meter price is 61 thousand 503 TL, the average price is 9 million 2 thousand 868 TL, while Cesme, which is the third place in the list of the most valuable counties, housing prices have increased by 147% in the last 1 year. The average price of housing square meters in Çeşme was 45 thousand 247 TL, while the average price was 7 million 684 thousand 340 TL. The list included 7 counties from Istanbul and one from Izmir, Mugla and Antalya.
