Residential rents in Chile increased by 21.84% in the last year, housing sales prices increased by 39.41%

According to the Endeksa data, there is a rise in housing prices for sale and rent in Chile, which is preferred because of the close to Istanbul among the summer regions. Residential rents in Chile increased by 21.84% in the last year, the average square meter rent was 16 TL, and the average rent was 1.646 TL.

According to the data of Indexsa.com, the most increased rental value in Istanbul districts in the last year was Şile district. After Sile, the highest rent increase occurred in Beylikdüzü and Islands. Residential rents in Chile increased by 21.84% over the past year, the average square meter rent was 16 TL, and the average rent was TL 1,646.

In housing sales prices, Şile took the 5th district position with the highest value increase. The districts with the highest value increase in the last year in Istanbul were Beykoz, Adalar, Eyüpsultan, Başakşehir and Şile respectively, while housing sales prices in Şile increased by 39.41% in the last year. The average selling price of sq.m. is TL 5197, the average housing sale price is TL 708,092, while the return period of housing investment is 26 years.

In the Aegean Region, the climate is more preferable, as it is warmer and the summer holiday season is longer, which affects real estate prices. However, the average housing prices are above 1 million TL in Sile, which is the reason for preference with its proximity to Istanbul. According to the Endeksa data, the average sales price of detached houses in Chile is 1,257,048 TL and the average rental price is 2,908 TL.

When examining the neighborhoods of Sile, it is seen that Hacı Kasım, Kumbaba, Agva Merkez, Balibey and Sahilköy are the prominent regions in the land investment. The average square meter price of residential land land is 2.150 TL in Hacı November, 1.334 TL in Kumbaba, 1.257 TL in Agva Center, 1.143 TL in Balibey and 1,017 TL in Sahilköy.
