Istanbul in the number of stocks, Mugla in the first place during the marketing period
Endeksa.com explained the data on the total residential stock and residential marketing periods in Turkey. Total residential stock in Turkey is 938,474; the average residential square meter sales price is 2.229TL, while the average residential marketing time is 70 days.
RECORD SALES PRICE PER SQUARE METER IN MUGLA: 4.508 TL
According to data of the technology-oriented real estate valuation platform Indexa.com, the provinces with the highest house sales prices in Turkey are Mugla, Istanbul, Izmir, Aydin, Canakkale, Antalya, Balikesir, Yalova and Isparta respectively. Average residential square meter sales price in Mugla 4.508 TL, 3.614 TL in Istanbul, 2,946 TL in Izmir, 2,526 TL in Aydin, 2.374 TL in Canakkale, 2.365 TL in Antalya, 2.358 TL in Balikesir, 2.218 TL in Yalova, 2,198 TL in Isparta.
THE HIGHEST STOCK IN ISTANBUL
According to the Endeksa data, the provinces with the highest number of housing stock, respectively Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, Bursa, Balikesir, Aydin, Adana, Kocaeli and Mersin. There are 266,883 in Istanbul, 138,037 in Ankara, 76,516 in Izmir, 47,550 in Antalya, 29.013 in Bursa, 26,619 in Balikesir, 26,098 in Aydin, 23,505 in Adana, 21,940 in Kocaeli and 198,83in Mersin. The provinces with the lowest housing stock are Sirnak, Ardahan, Tunceli, Bayburt, Gümüşhane, Mus, Agri, Igdir, Artvin and Bitlis.
THE HIGHEST RESIDENTIAL MARKETING PERIOD IS THE PROVINCE MUGLA
When the periods of residential marketing on the basis of the province are examined, it is seen that the provinces with the highest marketing time are Mugla, Karabuk, Tunceli, Trabzon, Duzce, Kastamonu, Kütahya, Giresun and Bursa respectively. The average residential marketing period in Mugla is 92 days, karabuk and tunceli 90 days, Trabzon and Duzce 89 days, Kastamonu 88 days, Kutahya and Giresun 86 days, Bursa 84 days.
HOUSING MARKETING PERIOD IS THE LOWEST PROVINCIAL PROVINCE
According to the Endeksa data, the provinces with the lowest duration of housing marketing are Igdir, Adana, Sirnak, Bayburt, Bitlis, Van, Adiyaman, Ardahan, Siirt and Erzincan. The average residential marketing period in Igdir and Adana is 60 days, sirnak, Bayburt, Bitlis, Van and Adiyaman 61 days, Ardahan, Siirt and Erzincan 62 days.
