The most valuable neighborhood of Kepez is Duacı with an average sales price of 14.678 TL square meters.

When we evaluate the share of housing sales to foreigners in general sales, Antalya is in the first place with 24%. That is, almost every 4 residences sold in Antalya are sold to foreigners.
