The most increase in land value is in Antalya and Aydın, and in Muğla

According to the index data, the highest increase in land value occurred in Antalya and Aydın, while the highest sales price of square meters was Istanbul. Residential land prices in Antalya and Aydın increased by 120% over the last year, the average sales price of square meters of land in Antalya was a thousand 34 TL and 963 TL in Aydın. The average sales price per square meter of land in Istanbul was a thousand 546 TL, the annual value increase was 85%, while the maximum increase in land values on a provincial basis was in Muğla with an increase of 203%.
It was Istanbul with the highest land prices. Istanbul was followed by Muğla, İzmir and Antalya. Land prices in Istanbul increased by 178% in the last year, with the average sales price of TL 262. The average square meter price in Muğla was 180 TL, the average square meter price in Izmir was 175 TL and 126 TL in Antalya.
