Technology-oriented real estate valuation platform Indeksa.com identified the 10 most valuable counties in Turkey. The top three most valuable counties were Beşiktaş, Sarıyer, Çeşme, and 6 cities from Istanbul, Izmir, Mugla, Antalya and Çanakkale in the list of the most valuable counties in Turkey.

According to the index's housing data at the end of March, Besiktas ranked first with an average price of 47 thousand 081 TL square meters. Besiktas followed Sarıyer with an average price of 44 thousand 219 TL square meters and Cesme with a price of 33 thousand 449 TL square meters. Compared to the same period last year, there was an increase of 175% in Besiktas, 168% in Sarıyer and 134% in Çeşme.
