Endeksa Announces: Rent Growth Slowed in December, Small Declines in Some Regions
Endeksa, which offers a real estate value account using big data analysis and artificial intelligence methods, which allows users to sell real estate with confidence, conveyed the latest situation for rental prices that did not fall off the agenda. According to Endeksa data, which takes the whole of Turkey under the lens, in the last month of the year we left behind, rental values in Antalya, Muğla and Trabzon increased by just under 1 percent. In other major cities, minimal increases were recorded at an average of 4 percent on a monthly basis. Accordingly, as of December, the average residential rental value in Turkey was 14 thousand 472 TL and the average residential rent price per square meter was 128 TL. December 2023 was a month in which the rapid price rise in housing rents was replaced by calmer market conditions in Turkey.
