This Directory Synchronization Information Text has been prepared in order to inform the persons (mostly real estate consultants and real estate professionals) who use Endeksa's mobile application(Application) in virtual stores about the data protection rules regarding adding the contact information registered in the "Directory" on their mobile phones to the Application in order to benefit from the Application and sharing it with Endeksa in this context.

There is a general Privacy Policy and also a Member and Visitor Clarification Text regarding the personal data obtained during the use of the Endeksa website and mobile application managed by Endeksa by Members and Visitors. For detailed information on these, please review our Privacy and Member/Visitor Data Protection Policy.

Endeksa attaches importance to the confidentiality of data and takes care to be transparent about the storage of data. This Policy includes the principles adopted by Endeksa regarding confidentiality regarding what kind of data is obtained, how this data is used, with whom this information is shared if necessary, what are the rights regarding personal data and how these rights can be used. Personal data are processed in line with the following basic principles as regulated in the Law:

• Compliance with the law and honesty rules,
• Being accurate and up to date when necessary,
• Processing for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes,
• Being relevant, limited and proportionate to the purpose for which they are processed,
• Preservation for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed.

Real estate consultants/real estate professionals who transfer the personal data in their directories to the Application by using the "Guide" feature are the data controllers of the personal data transferred. In this context, they accept and declare that they have obtained all necessary explicit consent from the relevant persons before transferring the relevant personal data to Endeksa systems, that they process personal data in accordance with the law and that they have made all necessary disclosures to the persons.

In order to offer the advantages provided by the Guide feature to property consultants; on behalf and account of the property consultant; Endeksa processes this personal data only within the framework of the relevant contractual obligation, limited to this purpose only. Apart from this, it does not use the data for its own purposes and interests.

1. Accessed Data Categories and Data Types

By using the "Contacts" feature, real estate professionals and property consultants who are members of Endeksa can upload their contacts on their mobile devices to Endeksa systems in order to benefit from the Application.

Directory Registration Information: The phone number, if any, name-surname information, if any, e-mail address, if any, the institution/organization where the person works, if any, which can be viewed in the "Contacts" section of the real estate consultant/real estate professional's mobile device.

2. Method of Data Collection

Directory registration information is collected automatically from the mobile device of the relevant property consultant/real estate professional. The relevant collection activity is not continuous and continuously synchronized.

3. Legal Grounds for Data Processing

Endeksa processes Guide information due to the fact that the relevant real estate consultant/real estate consultant receives Guide service from Endeksa. In this context, Endeksa processes this personal data only for the fulfillment of contractual obligations due to the contractual relationship with the real estate consultant receiving this service.

4. For which purposes the data will be processed

The data processed by Endeksa will be processed for the following purposes in accordance with the procedures and principles stipulated in the legislation:

• Execution/Supervision of Business Activities
• Execution of Goods / Service Sales Processes
• Execution of Goods / Services After Sales Support Services
• Execution of Customer Relationship Management Processes
• Follow-up of Requests / Complaints

Property consultants real estate professionals, by uploading contacts from the directory to the App;

• can add notes on the Site or Application specific to these contacts, so that they can keep track of their notes on contacts,
• can create person-based calendars,
• It can make categorizations on the basis of real estates suitable for the criteria the person is looking for and share them with people,
• follow up the real estate purchase-sale or leasing consultancy processes of the persons in its own portfolio,
• can follow the management of their communication with people through the Application.

5. Parties to whom Personal Data are Transferred and Purposes of Transfer

Endeksa processes the personal data contained in this Information Text only for the purpose of providing the services undertaken under the contract to real estate consultants/real estate professionals. During this processing activity, it transfers personal data only to the persons to whom it is obliged to transfer personal data in order to provide the service.

In this context, personal data may be transferred, processed and stored on servers abroad only for the storage of such data or for the lawful purposes set out in this text.

Endeksa does not cause this personal information to be rented, sold or shared with others or non-affiliated companies in any way.

6. Storage and retention of data

Except for the cases mentioned above, Endeksa stores and stores the data obtained from the directory in its own databases. Therefore, it does not transfer it to any third party database.

7. Contacts Synchronization Manual

This directory service offered by Endeksa to property consultants and real estate professionals does not allow the Application to be constantly synchronized with the directory information on their mobile devices.

The App does not perform automatic and continuous synchronization. In this context, the Application does not perform automatic synchronization when it is switched off.

The user concerned must manually initiate, confirm and perform the synchronization each time.

8. Data Security Measures

Endeksa has made it its main objective to take all necessary technical and administrative measures and to take due care to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and security of data. In this context, it takes necessary measures to prevent misuse of personal data, unlawful processing, unauthorized access to data, disclosure, alteration or destruction of data.

In this context, Endeksa takes the technical and administrative measures detailed in the Privacy Policy to prevent unlawful access to the personal data it processes, to prevent unlawful processing of this data and to ensure the protection of personal data.
